General purpose

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear written statement (by letter or email), of your intention to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form to do so, but it is not compulsory.
To maintain the withdrawal period it is sufficient that you send notice of your cancellation of the contract before the expiry of the 14-day period.
No right of withdrawal exists for
- Delivery of sealed goods if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract we will return any payment received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from you having chosen a form of delivery other than the standard delivery option offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless an alternative was expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have retrieved the goods, or you provide proof that you have returned them to us, whichever the earlier.
You have to return or send the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you give us notice of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met when you send us the returned goods before the 14-day period expires. You have to bear the direct costs of the return of the goods. You are only liable to pay for any diminished value of the goods if caused by you. The customer must pay the costs of any diminished value of the goods resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods.

Claims of the customer in case of faults
Legal warranty terms are applied.
If the delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects (including shipping damage), we ask the customer to complain immediately.
Legal requirements will not be affected.
Celtica shall not be liable for any consequential damage, loss or lost profits and is furthermore only liable in case of intent or gross negligence.
Liability upon slight negligence is mutual and formally excluded.
